The Craft of Leading exists to help pastors hone their craft and grow in their leadership ability and capacity. We offer cohorts that connect you with other top-level leaders in your area of expertise, providing tools to sharpen you and take your leadership to the next level. We have three cohorts that are limited in size and specialization ( lead pastor, executive pastor, up and coming leaders). Honing your craft can't happen solely in isolation. You need a groups of other leaders to challenge you, encourage you, and ultimately help you maximize your leadership.
